slaren:
    - tags: fixed another problem updating tags of targetbar
    - tags: tweaked some defaults, fixed tags in the target bar not being updated
    - targetbar: more sensible defaults, fixed a few problems with it
    - core: removed 'use global font size' option, now using the global font size is an option in each tag text instead
    - announcements: reset throttling data less often, should fix some problems with repeated messages at the start of the arena
    - core: hide the secure frames while testing to allow movement of existing units
    - core: tweaked some of the logic that handles showing and hiding of frames
    - classicon: changed to gloss disabled by default
