slaren:
    - castbar: properly reset the castbar when the frames are hidden
    - castbar: added back the texture on the icon background
    - healthbar: fixed incoming heals/absorbs bars with inverse enabled
    - more options cleanup
    - cleaned up the options, fixed some layout problems
    - made the anchor bigger and more annoying, changed background to cover widgets too
    - fixed: a few frame level issues, party showing sometimes when being disabled, test frames showing too many frames when grouped
