slaren:
    - auras/cooldowns: raised frame levels to allow them to be placed inside the frame
    - auras: fixed only mine and only dispellable options
    - refresh frames when showing them to try to fix wrong health bar colors
    - cooldowns: removed zen meditation and transcendence: transfer from the monk defaults
    - make the secure frames interactive while testing and locked (useful for testing clicks on the party frames)
