slaren:
    - alerts: added cc spells with a cast time to the cast defaults, removed default auras
    - advanced options are now disabled by default, but the number of options considered advanced has been greatly reduced
    - auras: hidden show only mine/dispelable options where they don't make sense
    - castbar: added option for placing the castbar freely
    - testing fix for some errors related to the combat lockdown
    - auras: code cleanup
    - cooldowns: added thunder focus tea to defaults
