Probably fixed GnomeWorks eating all keyboard input randomly after doing Ctrl-key operations.

- Fix major snafu with the Search function's tooltip scanner where it would use the # of lines from the PREVIOUS tooltip (which would always be 0 for the first recipe in a session and therefore never match).  
- Uncached tooltips will no longer risk end up in a permanent limbo and never searchable.
- If a tooltip is uncached, the recipe will now be SHOWN rather than hidden. Type another character and it should be gone if it wasn't intended to be shown. Better behavior than the opposite imo.
