it would be nice if i could see in the tooltip of the Glyphs, which char already learned which Glyph. Maybe you can get the Data from Altoholics Data Store.

you mean learned as in "equipped" right?  so if you wanted to make glyphs for your own toons, you'd know whether or not to make a particular one?

how's this idea instead:

rather than start with the crafter and see who needs what, start with the toon and see which crafters can make upgrades.  i think that would be more generally useful than a specific glyph distritubution system.  i think this technique would afford more precise control without having to retain a mountain of data.

At talent window you can view the unlearned glyphs

Open GW go to inscription toon and add to queue ...

where is the trouble ¿?

later change to inscription toon and craft it.

well, it could be more automated.  imagine alt clicking an empty glyph slot and having it pop a menu with your toons who know that recipe.  you select one, and it queues it up automatically without opening gw at all.  expand this to equipment slots as well and it would be really nice.
