Yssaril:
    - added options to the EquipLocFilter
    - remove extra unneeded table from QualityFilter
    - fix typeFilter to actualy use the SavedVar settings for subtypes (oops)
    - hook all tooltips SetMerchantItem on MERCHANT_SHOW to make sure custom tooltips work as intended
    - move the filter files to their own folder
