First test release for xp bar.

Graveeater:
    - fixed a strange bug happening if you change left/right to top/bottom
    - extracted part of the xp stuff in own file
    - rename file
    - increase target if we reach it
    - add option for targetXP/targetLevel
    - move "function declarations" to the right file
Fabian:
    - now with level
    - typo
    - add .pkgmeta
    - make the last level fit
    - rested xp is independent of start
    - can now define the start of the xp bar
    - still have strange bugs, now have events for xp update
    - trying to split it into modules. got strange bugs
    - improve error message
    - draft for xp settings
    - now have rested xp and level markers
    - typo fix
    - can now display xp
    (without rested stuff or level markers or text)
    - bar placement working now, including options
    (still only one bar)
    - ignore some libs
    - working options for xp bar
