What version of Grid2 and game type (classic or retail) are you using ? Grid2-2.0.26.zip

What game client version (windows or mac) and language are you using ? Windows 10 , English

What steps will reproduce the problem? Unsure

  
Did you try having Grid2 as the only enabled addon and everything else disabled? Yes

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one? It has always had this issue, even with previous versions

Do you have an error log of what happened? If you don't see any errors, make sure that error reporting is enabled (`/console scriptErrors 1`) or install [BugSack](https://mods.curse.com/addons/wow/BugSack). - I don't see any error messages

At random times I've noticed during dungeons or raids the character grid boxes will fade so much that their colour and name disappear; this leaves just a blank grey box. I'm not sure what is happening here as I don't think this is a range issue since my character box fades to grey as well. When this happens I can't see who it taking damage or who I am healing. If click on the grid boxes, I'll still heal the target though. I've tried to change the settings, but I can't seem to figure out what is going wrong. Would you please advise on a potential solution?

I have this happen as well, but only on pets that get dismissed during combat.
