  No, I have only this addon for frames enabled

When I decide to change position of my frames I noticed that the way which I done it before doesn't work any more. I go to theme section -> selecting them which need to move -> position and then I click on magnifier and try to move them. I also moved away check from locked frames. But nothing happend my frames don't move after it like they used to be before. Sorry if some sections were not called right, cuz I play on Russian client

Working fine here, keep in mind that now you must drag the window border to move the frames. Maybe the configured border size is cero so there is no border, in this case is not possible to move the frames using the mouse.

Ahh I found it. Very strange decision because I think nobody use this useless window border and just hide it. It used to be better but anyway thank you for your answer
