Out of Combat buffs #1073

    Not an issue, but with the new 'load' options, it would be useful to have an out/in combat option, so you can track say raid buffs (int/stam/etc) out of combat but have them go away once the pull happens, and same in reverse for say only tracking certain status in combat.

    Suggestion implemented in version 2.0.40-beta only for buffs and debuffs.
