CompactRaidFrameManager showing/hiding at random #1143

What version of Grid2 and game type (classic or retail) are you using ? Retail

What game client version (windows or mac) and language are you using ? Windows 22H2 with WoW 10.0.0.46549

What steps will reproduce the problem? Select Hide Blizzard frames in Grid2

Did you try having Grid2 as the only enabled addon and everything else disabled? No

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?

Do you have an error log of what happened? If you don't see any errors, make sure that error reporting is enabled (`/console scriptErrors 1`) or install [BugSack](https://mods.curse.com/addons/wow/BugSack). No

Please provide any additional information below.

When selecting "Hide Blizzard Raid frames" in Grid2, the CompactRaidFrameManager disappears as it should. However, at random times during a raid it will reappear and then disappear repeatedly.

    Hi michael,

The version is 2.0.63. I have also captured some video of the issue and it seems to be related to when people join or leave a raid (maybe during combat I'm not sure).

New blizzard code made very difficult to fully hide the raid frames, because now if the blizzard raid frames are fully disabled the new Edit Mode crashes.

The addon code rehides the frames when appears, but due to game restrictions this cannot be done in combat, so  this is delayed until  the player is out of combat.

Ahhhh ok that makes sense! Thanks for explaining the issue.

Out of interest, would there be any way to change the alpha of the element so that even when it does show, it's "invisible"?
