What version of Grid2  are you using (Version is displayed in General/About Tab) ?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

 Being in 25man Naxxramas etc, WOTLK 
Did you try having Grid2 as the only enabled addon and everything else disabled?

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?

Do you have an error log of what happened? If you don't see any errors, make sure that error reporting is enabled (`/console scriptErrors 1`) or install [BugSack](https://mods.curse.com/addons/wow/BugSack).

  No problems in anykind of Buggrabber,Addonusage

Its "simple" While doing Naxxramas 25man i get lots of microstutters and by disableing Grid2 they go away.

Ive tried having nothing but Grid2 installed but it did not help.
Ive minimizing the amounts of stuff i want to "track". 
Ive tried using Blizzard API to track heals, did not help.
Ive tried stuff like deleting the Libhealcomm4 libs (no clue if this does anything).
I dont generally think its actually Grid2s fault but that its clashing with something to cause these stutters for me, I know lots of people that dont have a problem
with it, including guildies ive helped setting up Grid2.

Im looking for help and things i might be able to do, To help fix my issues.
Can for example a guildmate using a bad version of Libhealcomm4 make me stutter?

I see nothing wrong with your profile, i saw much more complex and cpu consuming setups. Unfortunatelly i cannot test the profile with a priest in classic, i tested the profile with a shaman healer in 30-40 man raids in retail and it was working fine.

I used the "AddonUsage" addon to get cpu usage data and  the CPU usage was low for grid2, and i tested the profile with an older computer (8 years old intel i5 processor).

Maybe you could do some tests with another profiles.

Tried a few things since last time.

Grid2 with default settings still makes it stutter.
Vuhdo makes it stutter.
Aptechka makes it stutter.

In my "raid" i have what i know of 2 persons with grid2, 1 of them stutters like me and the other does not.

There has been a few reddit posts about stutters in 25mans WOTLK.
With people not finding any fixes, Just alot of suggestions.

1 of the comment on reddit goes "It is raid frames whether you want to believe it or not. Any and all raid frames can cause it. Sorry if you're a healer."

So i am kinda losing hope about finding a fix myself.

You can update Grid2 to 2.1.2-beta-wrath. In this version LibHealComm-4 has been removed. Unfortunatelly this library does not perform well on Wotlk.

Players not experiencing performance issues can still use LibHealComm-4 heals information but they should install libhealcom-4 addon separately (It's available on curseforge).
