Central alignement of icons #1186

    What would be useful is if you can centrally aligned icons in a 'icons' row.  For example i have debuffs in the centre of my frames using icons set to display upto 3 icons.  which means if someone has 1 debuff it has the icon to the left, its only when you get to 3 that it shows one centered and one either side of centre.
