Anchor icon to text or text+icon indicator #1219

    was trying to have raid leader/assistant on frames without it looking out of place/unaligned or overlapping but was thinking maybe a way to have the icon attached or next to the player name would be better where the icons move with the length of the name. could also be used for dungeon-role/summon/ready check etc. aswell
