At present, status entries can't be deleted short of manually editing the lua files, or deleting saved variables entirely.

It'd probably be a good addition to be able to delete them; the easiest alternative is to re-create the entry with some extra upper- (or lower-) case characters, but this can be confusing when associating them with indicators.

example: creating the buff, 'Tricks of the Trade', I accidentally left it set to 'show if mine' when I hit the 'New Status' button.  I then had to create 'Tricks of the trade'.

Added deletion options for some of them.
