What steps will reproduce the problem?

- enable mouseover casting in wow options

- mouseover in Grid and press a healing spell

- spell casts on me, not the mouseover player

Did you try having Grid2 as the only enabled addon and everything else disabled?

Working fine here. Maybe you enabled selfcast option (in combat section), this option can interfere with mouseover casts.

Turning off selfcast didn't seem to do anything. I also disabled Clique to try that, no luck.

My health bars are a multibar that I created at frame level 3, might that affect it? It shows health, shield and incoming heals

I think it's probably related to bartender. It has all sorts of 'mouseover cast' options in its settings. I can make it mouseover cast on a player in the world, but apparently not on Grid2's frames.

I'll probably stop using bartender and try the blizz frames, and get back to you - thanks :)

The multibar indicator and framelevels are irreleant to the mouseover cast.

As far as i know Bartender4 has its own implementation of Mouseover casts, so both mouseover options (bartender4 and blizzard) should not be enabled at the same time.
