What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Reset settings or otherwise start with a fresh install of grid (r431)
    2. Under location>center adjust the offset for the "center" location down by some appreciable amount (try Y offset of -10)
    3. Restart WoW, /reloadui works too.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

BEFORE wow is restarted, the expected output matches the actual output.  The center location is moved downward the appropriate amount, ensuring that a large center icon doesn't obscure the name text.  AFTER the restart, the player health frame is moved downwards along with the center icon (presumably because the health frame is hooked to the "center" location leaving the targetable icon frame (and the anchors for all the other icons/squares) in the original position as a black box.

You can confirm that the "center" location is the culprit by returning the offset to 0 and /reloadui.

Preferably I would like to be able to move the center icon without having the health frame move along with it.

What version of the product are you using?
    r431

Do you have an error log of what happened?
    N/A

Add location options for health and heals. This helps you figure out that more than one indicator is using the center location, which really is meant to be center.

As for your center icon, switch it to use another location.
