Missing 'invert bar colour' from health-colour indicator #129

    At some point between build 439 and the current 448, the 'invert bar colour' checkbox that appeared at the top of the 'health-colour' indicator has gone missing.

    I've had a quick look around at other entries in Options, but I'm not seeing it elsewhere.

    (I'm almost surprised it's not the default option, to make statuses more easily readable without worrying about border colours)

    I do not know what the breakdown is on using it or not using it. For Grid it is the default. For Grid2 it is not the default at the moment since the current defaults are those that minimize the impact to me when resetting.

    I am moving the setting into the frame settings since they are linked and can never be different for heals & health.
