I have a universal dispel debuff group to show icons for anything the class/spec I'm on can dispel. It has all the boxes checked except not dispellable by me and untyped debuffs. It worked in both retail and WotLKC, but it doesn't seem to work correctly in CataC.

I think dispellable by me doesn't consider the new talents/passives for healers that were added in Cataclysm. I haven't checked it on all classes but on my Druid for example, it will still show icons for curses, but it doesn't show magic debuffs even when I'm speced into being able to dispel magic (I still see them because I also have a border indicator that just uses all the default debuff stauses, but the icon corner indicator that uses my debuff group doesn't show them).

It also doesn't show poison debuffs for my druid. I'm guessing maybe its still trying to check what debuffs you can remove in CataC with WotLKC spellids or something since things like abolish disease and abolish poison were removed. Druid's now just have remove corruption to remove poison/curse and with the resto talent the same spell also removes magic. 

Try out 2.8.24-cata version.
