The current system of changing frame position is not intuitive, often the dragging border is either invisible or missing. It is hard to explain to ppl how to move the frames.

It would be nice if you could just drag the frames if Frame Lock option is not checked, or have some kind of dragging anchor icon (similar to omnicd approach) that is shown when Frame Lock is on

The feature requested can conflict with Clique, so i cannot implement this.
But in version 2.8.36-beta the frames can be fully draged when layout test mode is enabled, and i added a new test button in main options frame to easy enable layout test mode.
