What version of Grid2  are you using (Version is displayed in General/About Tab) ?

What game client version, classic or retail, windows or mac and language are you using ?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  joining or starting a group on Pres evoker 
Did you try having Grid2 as the only enabled addon and everything else disabled?

  yes aftter I saw the recommendation here but still same problem. Have seen and heard lots of ppl having the same issues

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?

Do you have an error log of what happened? If you don't see any errors, make sure that error reporting is enabled (`/console scriptErrors 1`) or install [BugSack](https://mods.curse.com/addons/wow/BugSack).

I changed the spell used to test range in evokers, but i really cannot reproduce the issue with the old spell. But i only have a low level evoker (62) so i could not test the issue in new zones or dungeons, only in azeroth in open world zone.

Can you elaborate a bit more ?, evoker level and spec, in which zones the range was not working (dungeons, open world) ? Which status range type is being used (heal range, 38 yards, custom spells)  ?

all the spells works fin within the evoker range and there is no bug reports att all from bugsack.

So to make it as easy as possible to try to describe it everything works spellwise and range wise as it should its just the all other framesas you can see on the picture is faded out and its the smae if I stand ontop of the others or are miles away and this happend around lvl 75 after I dinged after a random instance. and as I said inthe og post alot of ppl have it and other addons as well.have hade it. the only "short fix" for it is to untick alpha but then you get it the other way around and it looks like you are in range all the time.

so it seems to be a alpha issues.

The latest patch didnt fixed it sadly.

Try out version 2.8.49.

If this version does not fix the issue, can you provide the info i requested in previous message ?

If you go to Statuses/Targeting&Combat/Range there is a Range selector i need to know which option is selected:

48 yards or "Heal Range" for example.

You can select too "Spell Range", in this case you can choose which evoker spell to use to check the range, you can try with diferent spells to verify if some spell works

Whatever you did seems to have fixed. the frames for pres evoker works again and I aslo checked on other healers as well just to be sureand it works on alll them as it always has.
Lover grid2, its by far the best raid/party frames out there imo. so thanks a ton for being able to fix the problem.
