1. Tick Enable Autodetection in Statues - Debuffs - Raid Debuffs - Miscellaneous

2. Relog

3. Enable Autodetection option is back to unticked

Did you try having Grid2 as the only enabled addon and everything else disabled?

Yes

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?

N/A, it's been a long time since I last used that feature. It was working back in Shadowlands.

Do you have an error log of what happened? If you don't see any errors, make sure that error reporting is enabled (`/console scriptErrors 1`) or install [BugSack](https://mods.curse.com/addons/wow/BugSack).

Working as intended. The option is automatically unticked on purpose because people forget to disable the option.

Autodetection is mean to be used only once per boss, then the collected debuffs are already remembered.

If you want to automatically display all encounter debuffs, instead of raid-debufs, you can create a "Debuffs" Group status (goto  Debuffs/Right Panel to create new debuffs), and in the "Debuffs" settings you can configure the status to display the desired debuffs , all debuffs/only boss debuffs, there are a lot of filters available in the status configuration.
