What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download Grid2
2. download plugins listed in the description
3. get an error about LibDBLayers-1.0 not being present in a lot of plugins.

Sounds like an issue with nolib? I checked in a few plugin tocs with:
## OptionalDeps: Ace3, LibDBLayers-1.0
So for instance Grid2StatusRaidDebuffs has this now. Does it clear up your issue?

This should not be necessary though as they all depend on Grid2 which includes these. If you are getting them with libs then perhaps you are mixing beta and alpha versions?

Closing as it seems to be a user issue with using nolib without downloading required libs for Grid2 itself.
