What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. log in
2. have a bigger frame then boxes
3. try clicking through empty frame

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to click through empty frame (for example with right click to turn camera), but it does not work.

What version of the product are you using?
540 beta

Do you have an error log of what happened?
There is no error log for this error.

Please provide any additional information below.

When i log in the click through does not work. Going to options and turn the option for it off and on again will fix it temporary. But ... loging out and in to WoW again makes it again impossible to click through.
No other addons active. Client is european (german).
