Side-Bottom Icon Not Showing #192

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Have a buff icon such as Regrowth-Mine in the Side-Bottom Indicator
    2. Cast the spell
    3. Observe

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    The expected output is an icon with the timer on top provided on top by OmniCC.  The timer is shown with the grey rotation timer but the Icon is not shown. Icons work in all other observed location but not side-bottom.

    What version of the product are you using?
    v554

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No

    Also, the Side-Right-Bottom icon seems like it should be in the bottom right corner but for me it's not. It's slightly centered.
