What Grid2 version and language of WoW are you using?
versions 658 no-lib/lib and 659 no-lib/lib. English version of WoW
version 657 is not affected

Apparently removing the spell ID 42389 (wowhead reports that the spell doesn't exsist http://www.wowhead.com/spell=42389) from the list in RaidDebuffsBC.lua fixes(?) this problem.
