r681 border texture issue #297

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Upgrade from r677 to r681
    2.Set Border texture to "None" under General settings.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    No border is expected, but it defaults to Blizzard Tooltip border instead. All other borders appear to function correctly.

    What Grid2 version and language of WoW are you using?
    r681 with WoW 4.3.4

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no

    Please provide any additional information below.
    Only other addon I had running was SharedMedia, but the issue persists without SharedMedia.
