What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a buff/debuf to an icon indicator.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The cooldown spiral is shown ontop of the icon, but also ontop of the border of the icon as well so the icon border is not visible where the cooldown spiral is covering the icon. Shown on screenshot below.

What Grid2 version and language of WoW are you using?
r722. EN GB.

Do you have an error log of what happened?

For my last two tickets I'm unsure where you report this or if this is something I can change which I have missed.
