What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't really have a way to repro it properly but I use two completly different layouts in Grid and switch between them automatically via the LibDualSpec implementation.
Now what happens is when I switch to the heal layout, which is much taller than the DPS layout, the size change is applied before the move happens, hitting the clamped to screen check and therefore moving the whole frame up a few pixels. At least that is what I think happens. So I basicly have to move my Grid frames down again after switching profiles back and forth.

Disabling the "Clamped to screen" option is a good workaround for this issue.
