What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Enable animations
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The animation should play for the stated duration only. The animation loops and is played constantly.
What Grid2 version and language of WoW are you using? Grid2 r778, English.
Do you have an error log of what happened? No.

I cannot reproduce this problem. The animation starts when a buff/debuff becomes active or is refreshed. Maybe the tracked buff is refreshed continously by the game, could you provide more info ?, for example the buff or debuff that is triggering this behavior.
After further testing it's only happening with 2 statuses: Defensive Cooldowns Buffs Group and Raid Debuffs Group, seems like their duration keeps getting reset, and the clock cooldown keeps switching between full cooldown and actual cooldown. For instance my Life Cocoon status works fine, but Life Cocoon on my externals group keeps pulsing, same with raid debuffs. I have a DPS potions group that works properly so It seems like it doesn't happen with all groups.
EDIT: after even more testing it seems like it happens with all groups (didn't have potions animated, could reproduce after I did). If I just cast the spell and do nothing else it behaves as expected, but if I start doing spells it goes off like crazy. To be more precise it seems like if the animation has run for it's duration and there's a combat log aura event related with me it will briefly switch to full CD and animate again.
