    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Set the color of the Weakened Soul debuff to a different color.
    2. Log out, log back in
    3. Cast Power Word: Shield to trigger the debuff

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Instead of the custom color it displays the default blue instead.

    What version of the product are you using?
    r284

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    Please provide any additional information below.
    Once you re-open the config and toggle the custom color, it uses that color.  This only happens after first log in.
