Hi, I think it would be really useful if we were able to add a free form note for each status. This would just show up in the panel above the "delete" button.

It would be a great help in keeping things clear, especially when doing housekeeping in a new expansion.

For example, for Legion I'm removing old ones I don't need any more. But many debuffs have names so generic you might not remember what boss it's for. For example if I could look at my note and see "Touch of Harm" was added for Tyrant, I'd instantly know what it was instead of heaving to look it up on Wowhead.

You can use preffixes to organize buffs/debuffs. For example, you can create a debuff using names like:

WhateverYouWant>Spell Name

for example:

Tyrant>Touch of Harm

Tyran@Touch of Harm

WOD_HFC_Tyran#Touch of Harm
