Cleared Trials of Valor and talked to Odyn to teleport me out, as soon as I did that, the frames completely glitched out then after a reload thinking they will get fixed, they were gone entirely.
Here's the error I got.
Edit:After a bit of testing this seems to happen every time I leave a raid instance while in the raid. No idea why this started now as I never had issues of this sort before.
