    I'm having an issue where when I join a raid for a world quest - only group 1 of the party shows but not the entire raid. Help! I've  looked through everything.

    Maybe you are in combat when you enter the raid, in this case nothing can be done (only a ui reload) , the layout cannot be changed in combat.
