Indicator configuration doesn't update correctly #633

I just noticed that if you go to the "Indicators" tab on any status, set or remove a checkmark there and then go back up to the Indicator itself, the change you just made will not show up until you make another change.

For example:

1) I go to Statuses -> Combat - > death -> Indicators. I check the indicator "border"

2) I go back up to Indicators -> border -> Statuses. The status "death" is not checked.

3) I check any other status, let's just say "afk". Now the list updates and both "death" and "afk" appear as checked.

The status>indicators tab was added later, and I was hoping nobody would notice that bug, really it's not a bug, simply I didn't finish the implementation of the feature.

Sorry I have to dig this up again, it's working for statuses now, but not for colors.

Revision 860 must fix the colors indicators issue.
