Layout, grow direction for groups/columns #675

    Grid2 provides options (anchors) to set grow direction to left/right for vertical groups but you you don't have a way to set grow anchor to top/bottom. Same for horizontal groups but in opposite directions. It also can fix the issue where you can't display all groups (and pets too) in one nice column.
