What version of Grid2 are you using?

Did you try having Grid2 as the only enabled addon and everything else disabled?

  No.

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?

  It shows it in the screenshots and "how to grid 2" guide, but is not available in the menus

Please provide any additional information below.

 Grid2 is not currently displaying incoming heals from other healers. I do not see the option for it like is shown in the screenshots on both the Twitch app and the "How to Grid 2" guide linked from the Twitch app.

The howto grid2 tutorial is for the retail version, classic game uses a more restricted api.

In Classic game blizzard removed the heals apis (and a lot of more things) so its not possible to see other heals out of the boss. Grid2 uses an external library libhealcomm to detect other heals, but this only works if the other healers have the library installed too (they must have Grid2 installed or another addon that uses libhealcomm).

Thanks for the breakdown. I had seen it work on Pservers before but we were all using the same addon, so that was probably it. I appreciate the quick reply. Report closed.
