MultiBar Setup Correct? #715

    Following the example for multibar health in murloc parliament link under Grid2.  I am new to Grid2 as of today and am a Resto Druid healer.  I wanted to be sure that I have the correct setup for multibar health:

    Main Bar:

    status -> health-current

    Extra Bar 1

    status -> heal-absorbs

    anchor & direction -> Previous Bar & Reverse

    Extra Bar 2

    status -> heals-incoming

    anchor & direction -> Previous Bar

    Extra Bar 3

    status -> my-heals-incoming

    anchor & direction -> Previous Bar

    Extra Bar 4

    status -> shields

    anchor & directions -> Previous Bar

    In the example I know it is an earlier version and describes overlap along with an option to select.  I do not see that here so am uncertain if my setup is correct and will yield similar results to what is described in http://murlocparliament.com/how-2-grid2/

    Thank you for your time in confirming this!

    I hope you have a great day!

    Follow on question regarding setup:

    I want to track Cenarion Ward as a buff but I also want to track the time available on it, so the best I can figure is that:

    1.  I create the cenarion ward buff, assign it to an indicator at a layer, say 6

    2.  I create a text indicator at the same position of the buff, and use a higher layer, say 8

    Is this the only way to get a "countdown" timer for a buff?  Or am I missing a feature of Grid2?

    Thank you again, I am loving how customizable this addon is!!

    -Another posibility, Install OmniCC addon to display the time.

    -Yes i changed the texts because the overlap description was not very intuitive. I usually anchor the shields bar to the "Top Most Bar" instead of  the end of the previous bar, it has more sense, because shields are not affected by  heal absorbs debuffs.

    Thank you very much for your feedback!  I will check out OmniCC then!

    Take care!
