What version of Grid2 are you using?
1.13.2
What game client version (windows or mac) and language are you using ?
Windows 10 Pro
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Enter into UBRS/LBRS in a raid. Grid2 will only display the party frames with 5 people instead of 10. The addon is confused as to whether LBRS/UBRS is a raid or dungeon since both share the same entrance/exit.Did you try having Grid2 as the only enabled addon and everything else disabled?
No
Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
Do you have an error log of what happened? If you don't see any errors, make sure that error reporting is enabled (`/console scriptErrors 1`) or install [BugSack](https://mods.curse.com/addons/wow/BugSack).
Unsure where to find errors. I think this is not an error but rather a bug.
Please provide any additional information below.
Grid2 needs to differentiate between a 5-man in LBRS and a 10-man in UBRS, inside and outside of a raid, even if both share the same entrance/exit into the dungeon instance.
Lbrs is a 5man instance, use a custom layout or check the "display all groups" option in layouts/editor.
I just had the same thing happen to me. Joined a UBRS group and everything was fine first. As soon as I entered the instance it only showed one party frame and I had to download VuhDo so I could finish the run. Please fix this asap UBRS is one of the most importants dungeons right now
Edit: I just went through closed issues and found that this actually intended. I don't know what to say, it just seems like not a good choice to me. The display all groups indeed fixes it but it was completely lost when it happened. I tried to get it working for 2-3 min but the group got impatient and all I could do was download VuhDo cause I needed to finish the run somehow. Maybe this should be a default setting idk.
That being said - I LOVE the addon. I really do. Thanks for your awesome work!
And howto to "fix" the issue without breaking for example zulgurub raid ? Zulgurub is a 20 man raid, and people do not want to see the players waiting in meeting stone for example, the same for other raids. There is not way to know in advance how many people are going to run the UBRS instance.
Could you enable Debug for Grid2 (In About tab) and post here the debug message displayed in chat when you enter in lbrs and ubrs ? I want to know the instance codes and the type of group and max size that is detected.
Grid2 r928-beta-classic version may fix the issue.
When I try to open the config menu I get "Error, this version of Grid2 was packaged for World of Warcraft Classic. Please install the Retail version instead. I tested r928-beta-classic in a UBRS 10 man and everything works fine. There is a separate issue also where the attached imgur link is displayed after a party or raid. Typing /reload makes it disappear.

Was the game client restarted after the addon update ? The "packaged" error must disappear after restarting the game.
Without context i have no idea what the linked image means, maybe you set the layout to "none" when you are solo ? in this case, this is the usual appearance. You can hide the grid2 border, or instead of using the "none" layout you can configure the window visibility in "Appearance" tab: set the "Show Frame" option to "Grouped".
But the problem is that this happens ONLY when I entered UBRS, when I got out again both the groups were showing, and re-entered and only group 1 showed.
I did MC with 40 people yesterday and everything was fine, dunno if it has something to do with only UBRS groups.
Note. I updated my addons after MC I think, so maybe there is a problem with the new update perhaps?
I tried restarting my client it didn't fix the "Error, this version of Grid2 was packaged for World of Warcraft Classic. Please install the Retail version instead."

This is another error that just started happening today.

It seems a twitch installer issue, you installed the retail version in classic, not the classic version (the error message simply has a typo, the correct message must be:
"Error, this version of Grid2 was packaged for World of Warcraft Retail, install the classic version"
And its normal to have crashes because its the wrong version, it has code for retail that does not work in classic.
Download and install the correct version manually (or maybe update twitch ? my twitch client is downloading the correct version), Grid2-r928.zip is the retail version, the classic version is Grid2-r928-classic.zip.

I don't understand what you mean, we already know that the issue only happens in ubrs (and in any other raid entering in a 5man dungeon). I already said that Grid2 r928-beta-classic version must fix the issue, is this new version not working for you ?
If this is the case, goto the the "About" Tab enable the "Grid2" debugging, and paste here the grid2 message that is displayed when you enter UBRS (a message with the text "GroupChanged" and some numbers i want to know).
Yeah the beta version seems to fix this :)
