What version of Grid2 are you using?

What game client version (windows or mac) and language are you using ?

 Windows, English

What steps will reproduce the problem?

If I step into the Void Miasma, the clouds around the Tentacles of Drest'agath, it creates LoS similar to the Jadefire Master bombs. Grid2 doesn't seem to recognize that and still shows everyone outside of the miasma in range when I'm inside or if I'm outside the cloud people inside still show up as being in range as well.

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm not sure whether I got my alpha indicator properly set up and might be missing a status that accounts for LoS cases like this instead of just the range one. I had to switch over to different raid frames because it was extremely disorienting to be able to tell who I could heal and who I couldn't. ElvUI and the standard Blizzard Frames seem to work for this. To be fair, I can't remember whether it worked back on Jadefire Masters, but it would be really nice if it worked for Drest'agath so I wouldn't have to switch Addons just for this one fight.

Grid2 by default uses the same range check that default blizzard raid frames, but in the setup the range check method can be changed. Maybe you changed the default range check option.

Grid2 Options / Statuses / Targeting&Distances / Range / Range option

The default option (which have the same behaviour than blizzard raid frames) is: 38 yards.

But some healers prefer to use the "Heal Range" option: that uses the range of some tipical heal spell (but could have different behaviour than 38 yards option).

Update: After importing your profile, yes, it seems your are using "Heal Range" option, switch to "38 yards" if you want the same behaviour than blizzard raid frames.

Okay, thanks for the info, I thought that option wouldn't impact stuff like this.
