What version of Grid2 are you using?

Did you try having Grid2 as the only enabled addon and everything else disabled?

I use the icon(s) indicator for my debuffs, i limited the icons to two icons. If two different debuffs are on the same target it works perfectly. 

But if there is only one debuff present on a group member, for example, the fixate debuff from the bloodswarmers in underrot both icons show the same debuff. 

Is there a way to "block" this so grid2 is only showing the debuff on one of the icons from the icons indicator instead of two. 

I'm assuming the player have at least two fixate debuffs, in this case no, not possible.

No, Target did not have more than one Fixate on them. 

Since i use icons indicators for my debuffs and buffs, if there is one debuff on a player in my group both possible debuff icons (icons indicator max. icons 2) show the same debuff, till another debuff is present then icon 1 show debuff a and icon 2 shows debuff b.
