If you cancel a revive spell the raid frames still display a revive icon (or "Revived" for a text status) even though the spell was cancelled.
The default blizzard raid frames have the correct behaviour - a revive icon shows during cast and disappears if the cast is cancelled.
What version of Grid2 are you using?
r965-beta-classic
What game client version (windows or mac) and language are you using ?
Windows
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Cancel a revive spell midcast.
Default blizzard raid frames indicator disappears too when you succesfully finish the cast (not only when the cast is cancelled), this means you don't know which people were already resurrected (but they did not accept the res yet).
This is why Grid2 indicator has a different behaviour, the indicator in Grid2 is not cleared when the resurrect spell cast is finished to be able to know which people were already revived.
Unfortunatelly the game does not provide an easy way to know if the cast was cancelled or not, so grid2 has to assume the cast is never cancelled. But i think this behaviour (albeit not being perfect) is more useful than the default blizzard raid frames way (usually resurrection casts are not cancelled).
I was wondering if you would consider reopening this.
If UnitHasIncomingResurrection is true for > 1.5 seconds to include battle rez, or >8 to not, then could you assume the cast completed?
In raids it's incredibly common to click rez on the closest person to your mouse, realize they're not a healer, cancel it, and rez a healer first. So after a wipe I have 5 or 6 false rezzed icons. Whereas the original behavior leads to some "target already has a pending rez" but you're never doubting the indicators.
If this isn't possible, perhaps it could be a toggle on the rez indicator what style is more helpful for you?
