Exactly as the title, go to General -> Appearance and in Frames, whatever you change Background Texture to, it saves the change but it doesnt change the actual texture on the frame in game.

The frame texture is behind the health bar, so usually its not visible (you have to lose health to see the texture).

Maybe do you want to change the health bar texture ?

To change the health bar texture go to "Indicators/health/Layout Tab"
