What version of Grid2 and game type (classic or retail) are you using ?

 Retails - r990

What game client version (windows or mac) and language are you using ?

Windows - English. v9.0.1, rx64

What steps will reproduce the problem?

- Configure Grid2 to display incoming heals (check the player heals box),

- The status can be linked to any text indicator, like side-top.

- Cast a rejuvenation spell (druid)

- Only the incoming heal of 1 tick will be displayed. 

  
Did you try having Grid2 as the only enabled addon and everything else disabled?

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?

No idea.

That is the standard behaviour, working as intended.

Is there any plan to make this an option ? By chance. 

No, The information about healing is retrieved from the blizzard API, and there is no options to display different info. Only in wow classic you can display the total heals because incoming heals are calculated using an  external library.
