I'm playing as a priest and the available buffs under Status > Buffs are PowerWordShield, Renew:mine and SpiritOfRedemption. It would be nice to have PW:Fortitude/Prayer of fortitude, Divine Spirit/Prayer of Spirit and Shadow Protection/Prayer of Shadow Protection. 

What I'm interrested in is the "Show if missing" status indicator, so I can easily know who is missing what buffs. 

The default Grid2 configuration is very basic, but you can create as many buffs or debuffs as you want.

1. Goto Statuses>Buffs>Right Panel

2. Create the buffs that you want.

Since I can't do "show icon if (PW:Fort is missing && PrayerOfFortitude is missing)" I made it show an icon on bottom-right if PW:Fort is present and show an icon on bottom-right if PrayerOfFortitude is missing. I still can easily see who doesn't have the buff by checking who DOESN'T have the icon.

You can do that. Create a Buffs (plural) status,  add both buffs to the buffs list, and enable the show if missing option.

I don't understand how I can add multiples buffs to the "Buffs" option. The options are exactly the same for "Buff" and "Buffs".

Nvm, I got it!

For my fellow googlers:

1. Under Statuses > Buffs 

    a. Type: Buffs

    b. Name or SpellId: Fortitude (click OKAY)

    c. Uncheck both checkboxes ("Show if mine", "Show if not mine")

    d. Click create

2. Select your newly created buff

    a. Check "Show if missing"

    b. In the display textbox: 

        21564

        10938

    c. Select your indicator(s)
