What version of Grid2 and game type (classic or retail) are you using ?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  I have googled and attempted to set up multi bar. I already had 4 bars (I imported a setup that someone had made).
Did you try having Grid2 as the only enabled addon and everything else disabled?

Do you have an error log of what happened? If you don't see any errors, make sure that error reporting is enabled (`/console scriptErrors 1`) or install [BugSack](https://mods.curse.com/addons/wow/BugSack).

 At this point I have made serval changes to my multibar, so I have no idea what shape it is in. I did go to your two ref doc and use them to try to fix problem. When I cast a heal I get a giant prediction (green color) but heal only hits for half that portion. Not sure if my shield prediction is even in there. I will need this all to work in order to raid with other healers. Also looking for a good guide so that I can learn how to set this mod up as I need to tweek things.

Your question is too generic and fuzzy, there are multiple ways to setup a multibar indicator. I don't event know what is a shield prediction.

If the heal bar is too big probably you are displaying your own heals twice (maybe the heals status has the "Include my heals" option enabled), Checkout your heals statuses configuration in Statuses/Health&Heals section.
