Did you try having Grid2 as the only enabled addon and everything else disabled?

Yes

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?

Yes - was working before the update for pre-patch

Do you have an error log of what happened? If you don't see any errors, make sure that error reporting is enabled (`/console scriptErrors 1`) or install [BugSack](https://mods.curse.com/addons/wow/BugSack).

Please provide any additional information below.

 The outline for the grid window is smaller than the actual name plates within.  This started with the new pre-patch update.

I'm having the same issue and I'm using version 2.0.11.

As workaround, use a 100% scale for the main window (this happens with a scale <100%)
