Please provide any additional information below.

 The spec themes are really nice but I play way too many alts and setting up themes or changing themes will be hard to maintain for every spec. For example if I'm playing a healer I want my frames to be towards the bottom in a better location to see them and my character at all times. On dps roles I want them to be off to the side so I can still see them if I need to dispel or off heal or whatever. But not being something that takes up valuable screen real estate when it's not needed.

I'd be happy to look into implementing it if you would like.
