When you cast a spell with a macro like this

"#showtooltip Flash of Light
/use [@mouseover,help][@target, help] Flash of Light"

Indicators don't show.

If you use a normal spell from your spellbook, indicators show normally. I believe this wasn't happening yesterday

I don't understand what you mean when you say "Indicators don't show".

For instance, a normal heal on grid frames would show the predicted healing with a faded out bar. I also have an indicator(corner-top-left)(a little green square) assigned to my-heals-incoming and heals-incoming. 

A mouseover macro spell like the one I posted above doesn't trigger these indicators. If I use a spell normally, it triggers. So for some reason grid isn't reading macroed spells properly

Grid2 uses an external library to get the incoming heals, you must fill an issue here:
